Dear Kool Kidz community!

School started on 24th January – two weeks late due to another COVID 19 scare countrywide!
Unfortunately, we lost a number of our kids due to their parents being transferred to various other work destinations around Zambia. We are really sorry to see them go and wish them well at their new schools.
At the same time we have enrolled some new children and welcome Liam, Tapelo 2, Kutemba, Kimberley, Wamundila & Unathi to Kool Kidz.

Consultation day was due to be held on Tuesday…………but had to be moved to Saturday………… due to many parents crying off due to work related problems. There was a good turn out and we will make Saturdays a regular consultation day in future.

The property next door is for sale and we made an offer to purchase but the seller kept raising his asking price so we walked away. In 2020 we converted the Lappa into a cool, or kool Grade 1 classroom which is now a Staff room! This year we converted one of our house bedrooms into a classroom with a separate entrance, so we are covered as far as classrooms are concerned in the short term.

Looking ahead, we have purchased a nearby property with an incomplete residential house on it. Our intention is to complete the building and move ourselves into it thus allowing our existing school/residence to be fully converted for school use.
